Our History, Passion, and uncompromising Commitment to Quality
Early on, Richard Lombardi, founder of Picture Picasso, always had a passion for photography. Richard always carried a camera where ever he went. If there was a family gathering or a get together with friends, rest assured if no one had a camera, Richard did. His passion derived from the ability to capture a whole day in one picture, to capture a moment and express its emotion, and sometimes to capture greatness at its finest moment.
In late 1999, Richard started working for his fathers printing company. William, Richards dad has been in the printing business his whole life. Now with the digital printing age evolving, Richard felt the business needed a change. Updating all the old equipment with the newest technologies, their company was now offering new services such as large format document scanning, unheard of at the time.
Realizing the potential of the digital era, Richard saw the opportunity to "Love what he does" by offering customers the option to enlarge their great photographs and display them proudly in their homes and offices(let alone his own images). Now with all the different types of wide format equipment on the market, Richard set out to experiment and learn about the different printing and ink systems available.
And that he did...
Based on the advances in digital printing and art reproduction in recent times, if you have been in this business for at least 5 years they say your a pioneer!
